Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated minimum Diploma Degree from reputable university
  • Several years of Real Estate sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Willing to be placed in Makassar
