Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• At least has 5 years of working experience in related field
• Having experience from Property / Real Estate industry is a must
• Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
• Analyzing market trends and competition to make informed business decisions
• Work closely with the Marketing Head to design and implement promotional activities across various media platforms to boost product sales

Tasks & responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Leading and mentoring the sales team, providing guidance and coaching for optimal performance
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Must have excellent knowledge of property industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset and a drive for achieving and surpassing sales objectives
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Jawa Barat
