Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company goals and objectives to penetrate markets, maximize revenue, and gain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and drive sales growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients & new leads, understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and analyze sales performance data and provide timely feedback to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance & revenue, market trends, providing valuable insights.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field with a proven track record of success in sales.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and online retailers.
- Self-driven with strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data, identifying trends and insights to drive performance improvement.
