Description
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the garment industry and among fashion brand owners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Network Expansion:
- Leverage existing network and establish new connections within the garment industry and fashion sector.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build and maintain a robust professional network.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve collective and individual sales goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance the team's performance.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market insights to develop and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Experience in label business will be an advantage
- Strong network within garment manufacturers and brand owners in the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Sales-driven personality with a go-getter mentality.
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to travel as required.
