Uraian Tugas

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Promote and selling SANGO brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives to HORECA market and retail market.
  2. Serve as primary point of contact for product specifications, pricing and lead-time information for quote requests and bids
  3. Develop retail strategy and planning, drive the mid- and long-term retail strategy by understanding the market flow and retailer and competitor trends, while improvement plans on the potential sales issues of subsidiaries and retailers can be done through retail data analysis
  4. Cooperative retail methodology development. Follow the cooperative retail methodology depending on each retailer store's operation standards and present the methodology to related business organizations (regional offices and subsidiaries)
  5. Sales KPI (Key Performance Index) management. Manage the operation of retail KPI (Key Performance Index) such as sell out, out of stock, unusable stock, new model stores coverage, discontinue model
  6. Maintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising. Maintain and provide detailed status reports on all account activity including open orders, proposals, projects, and unresolved issues, reviewing regularly with sales coordinator, distributor, and clients
  7. Create sales budget and conduct review meeting quarterly
  8. Conduct/participate regular meeting/conference call with distributor
  9. Conduct factory visit regularly to ensure smooth operation and communication
  10. Manage all operational activity - partnering with distributors for HORECA 
  11. Build and manage relationships with clients, distributor, manufacturers, dealers/purchasing agents as well as sales and operations departments through prior knowledge of market segments
  12. Develop the best solution in design, budget, and timeline for bespoke projects - partnering with manufacturers and clients, distributors as needed
  13. Provide leadership and expertise within the team to define and implement new business initiatives. Train and/or mentor sales member, other operations team members and distributor team members

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or a related field
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • At least 10 years experiences in sales with managerial level for 5 years.
  • Experience is HORECA sales is preferable.
  • Experience and have strong understanding in Institutional market and have worked with distributors
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, self-motivated, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Multi-task, good communication and good team player
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • This job will be based in Semarang
