Job Requirements:
1. Education: College degree or above. Individuals with industry experience will be considered more flexible regarding this requirement.
2. Experience: At least three years of sales experience, including team management experience. Experience in the consumer finance industry is preferred.
3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a competitive environment.
4. Personal qualities: Strong leadership and organizational abilities; excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; strong execution and team spirit.
5. Language: Indonesian, second language(English or Mandarin) preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
2. Manage the sales team, including training, fraud risk prevention, and new employee induction.
3. Coordinate cross-departmental work to ensure consistency between sales activities and marketing plans.
4. Analyze market trends and competitive environment to provide direction and support to the sales team.
5. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
6. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
7. Solve customer problems and complaints to increase customer satisfaction.
8. Report sales performance and market information to the City Manager and other management.
