Bumi Laut Group's Travel & Tourism business was established in 1987 to provide quality travel and tour services to the rapidly expanding population in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Tour & Travel division.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to expand the customer base.
- Stay informed about the company's tour packages, travel services, and offerings to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor travel solutions, create compelling proposals, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a strong professional network and promote the company's services.
- Promote a positive and proactive working culture within the Sales Team;
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the travel industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Target result oriented
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
