Job Requirements :

• 25 – 40 Years.
• Education :Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Logistics/Forwarding/Express company).
• Experience in handling export-import clients.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Computer and Software : Excellent PC skills with emphasis on presentation and modelling (Word, Power Point, Excel).·
• Good English communication skills
• Good time management and ability to manage work priorities.
• Able to solve immediate problems and fast response.
• Have a private vehicle and a minimum driving license C
• Have a large base or reference customer for Logistic Industry
• Have problem-solving skill
• Have good teamwork & tolerance of stress
• Able to work outside the office

Job Description :

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service
• Generate new business leading by proactively search for potential customers through database or networking and social media
• Approach customers and develop new shipping in any logistics services in Indonesia. 
• Attend meetings and present company's profile & products/services to customers virtually or during sales visits.
• Liaise with costing analyst to prepare pricing scheme.
• Prepare a proposal for customers, Complete administrative work, Manage service contracts, check on expiration date and make renewals.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Follow up related operations and finance until the payment.
• Increase sales revenue and maximize utilization of the company's fleet.
• Responsible for all customers to secure and increase sales revenue/profit.
