We're actively seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and execute promotional activities
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Achieve sales targets collaboratively with the team
- Curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to foster audience growth and drive sales
- Identify and utilize advertising opportunities online and in print media
- Produce captivating visual and written content, including photos and videos
- Coordinate events and product exhibitions
- Maintain marketing assets, both online and offline, in collaboration with the I CAN READ HQ marketing team or external agencies
- Update databases and monitor marketing performance
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely task completion and program delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a relevant field
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms
- Strong teamwork, communication, and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
- Creativity and strong attention to detail
- Effective organization, planning, and commercial awareness
- Data management proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
