Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the sales department, setting up all necessary processes and strategies for a successful hotel launch.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and key target markets for the pre-opening phase.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with our brand’s vision and objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to the resort’s opening and ongoing success.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Train and mentor future sales team members, setting a high standard for excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the hospitality industry, with a successful track record in hotel pre-openings.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for hospitality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
