Sales & Marketing Manager (Bali - Hospital)

Job Description:

• Determine and plan marketing strategies and targets by conducting relevant analysis for Hospital development to achieve the specified targets.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the Hospital products or services to clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and understand client needs and requirements as part of marketing activities.
• Maintain and compile accurate records related to client database, sales activities and sales and forecast reports for management.
• Responsible for the performance of the SALES & MARKETING team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field (Hospital or Healthcare).
• Having good transformational leadership skills and experience leading a team.
• Having the ability to develop outstanding relationships with clients and internal team members at all levels of the company.
• Good command of Customer Relationship Management.
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills, time management, excellent attention to detail, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good English proficiency.
• Willing to be placed in Lira Medika Canggu Hospital (Bali)
