Qualifications :

Educational Background

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with minimum experience 5 years
• Proven experience in sales & distribution management, preferably in the Restaurant Industry.

Plan & Strategy

• Understanding of Restaurant budget management and cost control.
• Understanding and developing Sales Marketing budgets 
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Evaluating and developing Sales Marketing strategy and plan.
• Researching demand for our products and services.
• Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to achieve goals while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

Skill & Knowledge

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software
• Excellent understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Proficient in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
• Working with in-house teams, consultants, vendors and creative agencies on digital and social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
