JOB POSITION : SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION        : MALINAU , NORTH KALIMANTAN, INDONESIA

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales and Marketing Manager (Quarry) will be responsible for driving Sales, Business Development and Customer Services with key responsibilities in executing go-to-market strategies with the right focus to achieve the Company growth and profitability.

REQUIREMENT:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Min. 10yrs experience in marketing sales and selling of aggregates and armour rock
  • Extensive knowledge of the product types and Indonesia customer / competitors
  • Advanced skills in building online marketing campaigns
  • proficiency in customer relationship management software would be useful.
  • knowledge of regulations and sustainability in the sector
  • Sales-driven, results-oriented and a team player. 
  • Ability to anticipate needs, sell and build a customer base.
  • Ambitious, personable, and driven with a detail-oriented, forward-thinking attitude
  • Advanced level of leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced level of strategic selling, sales forecast, presentation, customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets
  • Proficient in data analysis and understand the importance of metrics to drive the business.
  • Ability to do budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
  • Good command of English and Bahasa 
  • Proficient in IT and experience in managing multimedia platforms and Social Media is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

  • Oversee and manage the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division.
  • Drive growth from existing accounts as well as establishing relationships and secure contracts/tenders with new customers to achieve the assigned sales targets.
  • Develop maximum sales potential out of the customer base through prospecting, meetings, networking, constant follow-up, strong sales techniques, knowledge of the Company's products and services as well as the competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
  • Strong operational knowledge of the market demand and competitors and utilize this information to target new business opportunities in line with Company’s strategy.
  • Implement mission and key activities for After Market Sales growth such as forecasting, budgeting, sales growth, business development, etc. along with consistent and effective sales execution.
  • Lead and manage the team activities to deliver Company Strategic Plan - sales, systems integration, pre-and post-sales support - all with a view of achieving and/or exceeding planned revenue, margin and operating profit targets.
  • Work closely with the operations and technical team members to address customer requirements such as delivery schedules, product quality and availability and ensure customer satisfaction prior, during and post-sale.
  • Provide feedback or recommendations to Company Management on regular basis regarding market trends, market intelligence on competition, unfulfilled needs, and opportunities to strategize effective sales and marketing imperatives in order to deliver greater value to customers.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Assist in quotation, billing, collection and payment activities 
  • Develop, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns including research, promotion and public relations.
  • Familiar with government tender procedures for projects in Malinau. Preparation and submission of tender documents to relevant government agencies and government link companies (GLCs) and follow-up on the status of the tenders/contracts.
  • Familiar with planning and costing on supply chain’s haulage, logistics, transportation and ports environment.
