- Providing service for walk-in customers & salespersons
- Receiving and checking the completeness of documents, such as SPAJ submission, agent submission (agent's code, licensing administration, etc), and other documents submitted by customers and salespersons
- Sending documents to Head Office
- Follow-up incomplete documents
- Data input
- Perform general affairs activities, such as: compiling petty cash reports, requesting promotional materials, managing tax extensions, domicile documents & advertising permits and monitoring reports & inventory branch assets
- Monitoring customer transaction for compliance with regulatory, stay updated on company regulation & policies and identifying any non-compliant actions or arrangement
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 from any major
- Preferable have 2 years of working experience in service quality
- Fast learner & good communication
- Excellent in administrative task
