Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in related fields (Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Admin, Purchasing) within the SaaS industry.
- Proficient in using CRM tools.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Preferably possesses a valid car driving license and possesses driving skill.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
Sales Administration:
- Verifying and updating sales data in CRM and ensuring accurate information of prospect and existing merchant.
- Handling administrative tasks in purchasing, including managing incoming and outgoing goods, invoicing clients for purchases.
- Preparing and submitting weekly reports in Mandarin to HQ based on CRM.
- Following up on free trial merchant based on the system.
- Initiating purchase orders and performing stock opname activities
Operation:
- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Leading after-sales activities.
- Bridging communication between sales, IT support, and after-sales teams.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for merchants' training and troubleshooting.
- Resolving merchant issues related to the system and conducting after-sales visits.
- Dealing with Chinese Merchants, including pitching the product and maintaining strong relationships.
