Job Description:
- Assist, Cordinate & Report on Regular basis to Strategy & Operation Manager.
- Become Representative for BDM/AM in Administration matter who build good professionalism to clients and with limit to administration & Internal Sigmatech.
- Handling daily /Weekly/Monthy activities of Internal administration requested from BD/AM, HR, Legal, GA that related to the BD of the Tim.
- Business Document Expiry Monitoring, Follow up, & Report
Performing other job desk pertaining Tim Sales & Operation - Based on Business needs. - Assist & cordinate with BD on performing day to day Operation Team, Team Program & Team Event based on StartOps Manager directions.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff at the Operation Division to offer appropriate advice and support regarding divisional matters, deal with problems and prioritise intervention / activity required by BD.
- Maintain open and effective communication & working relationships with colleagues (Positive and proactive attitude towards work).
- File and update contact information of Operation tim Member, Clients, and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Provide commitment to Keep company confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
- Min D3 in major mathematic, accounting dan sejenisnya.
- Experience minimum 2 Years in Sales / Finance operation.
- Max 35 years old.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility, confidence and ability to work under pressure.
- Shall be self-motivated, strong analytical, highly dedicated, initiative, and cooperative with the team.
