Job Description:

as a Sales Planning Specialist, the role entails being a key person in the vehicle ordering process, managing working time effectively, identifying potential problems and finding solutions, conductiong daily and weekly reporting, and maintaining good communication with internal departments, dealer partners and vendors.

• Audit and Execute Purchase Orders from the Dealer side on the Dealer Management System.
• Create Sales Orders and Delivery Notes in SAP SD System and send them to the Warehouse Management System.
• Monitor and update production plans and stock data on the dashboard for allocation in the Wholesale process.
• Prepare material codes in the sales system for new models.
• Maintain material data, including updates on batch numbers, prices, etc., in the SAP System.
• Support the Faktur process.
• Submit SRUT Weekly/Monthly quotas per type to VTA online (MoT) based on production plans.
• Support the maintenance of SRUT Process on the Internal System.
