One of our subsidiaries in Healthcare Service is hiring for Sales Referral Specialist with details as follow.

QUALIFICATION
• Minimum D3 Medical Laboratory Technician
• Able to communicate in English
• Have deep understanding about Clinical Laboratory test and Method of Laboratory test
• Have a willingness to learn about new laboratory tests
• Capable to explain about laboratory test function, advantage between method of laboratory test and benefit of test
• Have a good communication skill between team and customer
• Wide range of knowledge in Marketing Laboratory Field
• Used to be work with target oriented person based on KPI
• Experienced in Marketing Field

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for increasing the number and sample size of patients for services managed by K-LAB.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Prospect and build relationships with customers
• Setting up, activating, optimizing, and monitoring patient/sample referral networks (internal/external)
• Liaise with all stakeholders and maintain good relations
• Analyze current business situation of stakeholders and maintain good relationship
• Analyze current business situation and monitor competition on site
• Conduct research and collect market data on site
• Organize and follow up events
• Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships
• Organize effective distribution of marketing materials
