We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Reporting Administrator especially in understanding transactional document, contract, report, revenue, cash flow, CRM, ERP system to support seed sales process
Main function
- To assist both the Senior SSO & the SSO with preparing documents related to customers enquiries and orders, including all transactional documents and to search for their formal approval of content before release.
- To support the creation of Sales Reporting Documents according to Sales & Finance rules and formats, aligned with actual transactions or forecasts information as provided by SSSO & SSO.
- To maintain all administrative seed sale records involved in the Order-to-Pay process, including the necessary registration of records and documents in ERP and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: D3 (S1 is preferable)
- Minimum Training: As outlined in New Employee Training Guide
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year working as a finance or sales admin or banking clerk.
- Minimum Skill: Excellent Microsoft Office skills (mainly excel and word), good communication skills, ability to work independently. English language skills would be very advantageous.
- Able to initiate work, work individually and in a team, lead team-work and work with teams from other departments (e.g., Breeding and Biotechnology) and have a good understanding of local people.
- Willing to travel on duty.
