Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Sales Representative for Indonesia in Semarang, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and generate sales leads through cold-calling, networking, and other strategies. Additional duties include maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, developing and executing sales plans, and providing support to the sales team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Posses an SMK Diploma or higher in the field of Machineries, Electricity, or Chemistry.
- Availability to travel when necessary
