• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to attract high net worth clients.
• Build and manage a top-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to ensure retention.
• Take charge of Malang base operations for optimal sales performance.
• Drive results through dynamic leadership and proactive engagement strategies.

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Financial, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales field
• ⁠Ability to understand Trading recommendation based on technical/fundamental analysis is a must.
• ⁠Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index, modities).
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Personal experience as a Trader is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and Basic English is required.
• Malang/Surabaya/East Java based is a plus.
