- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to attract high net worth clients.
- Build and manage a top-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to ensure retention.
- Take charge of Malang base operations for optimal sales performance.
- Drive results through dynamic leadership and proactive engagement strategies.
⛩️ Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Financial, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales field
- Ability to understand Trading recommendation based on technical/fundamental analysis is a must.
- Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index, modities).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Personal experience as a Trader is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and Basic English is required.
- Malang/Surabaya/East Java based is a plus.
