Sales & Reservation Executive

Secluded Bali Villas is in the process of a significant expansion of our business, and so we are looking for an experienced Sales and Reservation Executive to join us in a permanent position. Secluded Bali Villas is a registered Indonesian company that provides marketing, management and staffing services to villa owners in Bali.

Report to Sales and Reservation Manager

Play a key role in our sales and reservation activities:

• Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and effective way
• Accurately follow up and record bookings made
• Communicate booking details clearly with guests and villa staff
• Assist Sales and Reservation Manager in completing regular sales reports

Qualifications:

1. Indonesian resident/national preferred
2. Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian
3. Strong computer skills needed, particularly using Google Workspace, Google Drive and spreadsheets
4. Friendly, positive and helpful manner
5. Self-starter, motivated, diligent and organised
6. An eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
7. Experience using PMS system and OTAs’ extranet including Airbnb, Vrbo.com, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Google Business, Expedia and Agoda Homes
8. Able to start immediately

Role is primarily office based, and our office is in Batu Belig, Kerobokan, Bali. Please note only shortlisted candidates will be responded.
