Responsibilities
• The main responsibility is to find customers by visiting stores or retail outlets• Follow up on sales and ensure order accuracy, delivery timeline, and agreed-upon payment• Develop relationships to support transactions through regular visits• Ensure timely delivery of goods to stores• Create monthly work plans and progress reports• Seek information related to product marketing and competitor activities• Build a sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
• Specialization in sales of building materials to retail customers/stores• Understanding of products such as iron, lightweight steel, cement, lightweight bricks, mortar, sand, split stones, etc.• Database and connections with retail or building material stores• At least 3-5 years of work experience in a related field• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Proactive with good leadership skills and ability to work under pressure• Reside in Palu
