Promote and sales consumables business products to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives
General Responsibilities- Promote and doing sales activities for consumables business in respective segment/area.
- To achieve annual sales targets for the territory
- To accurately and consistently maintain records (in a timely fashion) for assigned opportunities, including forecast information.
- To develop and maintain a good level of product knowledge for the consumable’s products.
- To organize marketing activities for the customers in collaboration with internal and external parties
- Minimum education in degree level in the field of science (physics, chemistry, pharmacy, microbiology, biotechnology)
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- A working knowledge of chemicals, microbiology, general laboratory for food, pharma or research applications would be an advantage.
