JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring the market situation, competitor activities, customer requirements.
• Identify, compile and analyze (global) customer requirements based on the hierarchical level; define the contact matrix and integrate the participating internal organization; achieve all aspects of customer satisfaction; forward all customer inquiries and feedback within the organization; define and monitor the action plan and report progress to the customer.
• Participation in pricing and annual price negotiations.
• Escalation (internal and external) of problems if the promised objectives cannot be achieved.
• Checking all customer contract documents against Hella's internal requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledgeable of the strengths and weaknesses of key competitor accounts and are able to positively leverage this knowledge.
• Software skills in Vector CANoe combined with basic programming skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Self-initiative organized and ownership.
• Strong Analytical Mindset 
• Excel Advanced Skills
• Good attitude

BACHELOR'S DEGREE

• Holding a Bachelor´s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Ing. Industrial, International Commerce.

• Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation (English).
