Job Description
・Having work experience minimum of 5-7 years as merchandiser/BD/Sales to a textile company ・Having handled fabric and textile product ・Good communication both verbal and non-verbal in English
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
- Conduct marketing research to find potential clients
- Making a list of potential clients
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with potential and existing clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
