JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to lead generation (retail order) for all types of sales opportunities, market penetration and customer relationship for STAR Mortar portfolio to achieve sales target
- Provide strong sales leadership for our team to achieve its financial goals and help them solve customers’ problems by providing outstanding solutions and customer service.
- Maintain an understanding of the company's product and services
- Engage, retain and grow customer base by leveraging STAR Mortar value proposition and current business facilities
- Create and develop sales planning and activity on a monthly and yearly basis to achieve target
- Understand overall market- competitors' strengths and weakness, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them
- Manage , develop and lead sales team.
- Measure and drive team performance to further increase number of sales
- Ensure products and services are delivered on time based on customers' purchase requirement
- Handling and resolving customer complaint regarding a product or service
- Close collaboration and maintain communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other personnel

Qualification:
- Minimum education level: SMK/D3
- Maximum 35 years old
- At a minimum of 2 years experience as sales will be prioritized
- Live in Jakarta and Tangerang area
- Will be placed in Jakarta Barat Office
- Able to use MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders across functions
- Able to lead sales team to deliver results
- Able to work and lead a team
