Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales target in branches.
  • Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance.
  • Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions.
  • Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability
  • Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
  • Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
  • Supervise marketing events and programs
  • Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically meets deadlines and abides by the route plans
  • Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts

 

Requirements

  • Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major 
  • Having working experience in the same position Sales Supervisor GT Channel at least for 2 years (preferable from FMCG Company)
  • Computer literacy Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Familiar with traditional market business and sales activity
  • Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
  • Willing place in Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang
