About The Company:

• The working venue is in Bandung.
• Our client is a Japanese Textilecompany. Currently, they are looking for Sales Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.
• Conduct marketing research to find potential clients.
• Making a list of potential clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Hold min. Diploma's degree.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Merchandiser/Business Development/Sales from Textile company.
• Experienced in handling fabric and textile product.
• Good communication both verbal and non-verbal in English.
