Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and team members.
