SALES SUPPORT AND ADMIN

• Manage new clients
• Preparing Leads, Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Order and Delivery Order
• Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery
• Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
• Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
• Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly, Time & Self Management., capability for preparing sales quotation, leads, and sales order
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
