Sales Support Coordinator

• Build an Efficient, Dedicated and Skilled team in DPI to support the company’s growth. Focus on Talent Development and Skill development for the members of the DPI

You will be responsible for : 

• Handling all matters relating to customers 
• Helping to manage sales
• Handling sales invoices and sales administatrion
• Collecting payments
• Checking the completeness of order input from customers
• Keeping sales records and customer data
• Handling orders both made via telephone and online orders, coordinating with the operations department to ensure that deliveries can be made on time

Your requirement will be :

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field with 3 years experience in similar position 
• Demonstrable experience in Sales Support administration or similar.
• Experience with sales industry software like salesforce and client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
• Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional in under pressure situation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
• Good English communication skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, internet,etc)
