Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Make analysis related to sales and achievement of sales results including Dealer Coverage, Market share, AXI Activation and others related to increasing Sales along with Sales Strategy
• Conduct visits to Adira Finance's branch offices. 
• Participate in implementing sales or marketing events in the area of ​​responsibility
• Monitoring projects or micro battles that occur in the area of ​​responsibility
• Consolidate data related to effective and efficient monitoring
• Consolidate with the Marketing team in the Area to increase sales
• Create program and product matrices on a monthly basis. 

Requirements:

• Candidates must at least possess a bachelor's degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3,00. 
• At least 1 (one) year experience in the multi-finance industry.
• Open for fresh graduates.
• Understands the processes of data analysis and report building. 
• Have good interpersonal communication ability to coordinate with internal & external parties. 
• Have an analytical, creative & thorough mindset. 
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
