Salesforce Developer

Job Responsibilities: 

• Design components using apex code and develop using extension, custom settings, visual force pages
• Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages
• Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution
• Mentor and manage teams of younger consultants to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team
• Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration
• Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience 
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to be a great team player
• Salesforce certifications is a must
