Role Description

This is a full-time SAP ABAP for HR module role in Jakarta. As an SAP ABAP for HR module, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SAP ABAP programs for HR modules, as well as supporting SAP HR database design and data analysis. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing and deploying new software applications and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as SAP ABAP
• Expertise in SAP data models and design principles for HR modules
• Experience with SAP HR modules (PY, TM, OM, PA, and CM), SAP Payroll, and SAP Workflow
• Good knowledge of SAP ABAP workflows and enhancement techniques
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus
