Responsibilities
• Improve network design.• Identify optimized ways to serve the customer.• Work with Factory/Logistic team on project ideas and phasing.• Build business cases and validate assumptions.• Manage conversations with stakeholders to ensure approval.• Develop strategy and solve problems.• Utilize change management and project management skills.• Demonstrate financial and business acumen.• Gather and visualize data effectively.• Collaborate across functions to deliver transformation objectives.
Requirements
• Analytical skills and deep understanding of financial models.• Experience in strategy development.• High level of problem-solving ability.• Familiarity with change management and project management.• Strong financial and business acumen.• Proficient in data gathering and visualization.• Strong collaboration skills.• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.• Fluency in English and Indonesian.• Experience in supply chain finance or related field preferred.
