Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in School Administration, admissions, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including proficiency in English language.
- Proficiency in office software and database management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the school office, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update student records and databases accurately.
- Provide information about the school, its programs, and Admission requirements to interested parents.
- Process admission inquiries, applications, and documentation promptly and accurately.
- Foster positive relationships with current and prospective parents through effective communication and support.
- Address parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
