Job Requirements
Acquisition Screening and Database Sourcing :
- Maintain and update database aligning with the needs of the organization.
- Screening of potential employment candidates.
- Building relationships and utilize professional sourcing as well as professional association.
- Screen potential job candidates that focuses in areas targeted by the institution
- Coordination of placement through internal job posting procedures.
- Maintain cooperative level with other units by providing information of prospective employees to all departments / users.
- Organize routine participation in job fair and other sourcing method to target pool of high profile candidates.
- Obtain qualification requirement from users (collaborate with OPM Department) to gain person job fit incumbent.
Data Maintenance Administration :
- Ensure the maintenance of information for employment reports.
- Monitor the accuracy of daily data entry of applicant information into applicant tracking system.
- Complete administrative requirement data from candidates.
User’s relationship management process :
- Filling process and maintenance of the administration applicants’ resume and applicants’ records.
- Communicate effectively and maintain relationships with users, employment agencies, placement office, media advertisement and applicants.
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
- Suggest improvement process related to recruitment process.
- Perform activities related to quality management system.
- Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.
General Requirement :
Bachelor Degree (S1)
Work Exposure / Experience :
- Minimum 2 years working experience
