School Counselor

Serves as a School Counselor and is responsible for attending to students who needs education carrier path advice, special learning assistance and as Individual Education Program (IEP) Coordinator.

EDUCATION

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or related fields. Master Degree in Psychology is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• Have minimum 2 years experience as a School Counselor in any school level
• Has an expertise to give guidance & direction for special needs students
• Has an expertise to give guidance of students education carrier path
• Able to make Individual Education Plan (IEP), lesson plan, syllabus, worksheet & test paper
• Experience in handling students with varied learning abilities and student’s parents with varied backgrounds

KNOWLEDGE AND CHARACTER

• 7 Habits
• Understand both National and Cambridge curriculum, and other International curriculum

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good in English (oral & written) and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Has strong knowledge about psychological in educational field
• Deeply understand & able to do some psychological test
• Has excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Has the willingness to improve and learn continuously
• Has good classroom management and strong analytical skill in teaching
• Is able to build and manage relationship with colleagues, team, and parents
• Is able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully
• Is able to put effective and efficient system in place and produce accurate and timely reporting
• Is familiar with technology (computer-literate)
• Creative, passionate, enthusiastic, warm, and approachable
• Is able to meet work deadlines and manage conflicting priorities (grasp of Franklin Covey's 7 Habits).
• 2 (two) Full Time position available for next Academic Year
