Job Description
- Develop post-activity report as basis requirement of the consolidated program report.
- Coordinate and engage in the preparation, delivery of workshops / consultative assignments (facilitating) / monev, and post-activity report in accordance with the scope assigned.
- Evaluate and compile participants pre-post test.
Qualifications
- Have a good understanding on curriculum design and planning, including the integration of curricula, various instructional methods, approaches, strategies, and assessment.
- Have a good practice on being an engaging presenter and skilled facilitator.
- Have demonstrable experience of teaching and / or leading schools.
- Up to date on pedagogical theory and practical instructional and technology implementation.
- Able to connect with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
- Able to perform oneself as well-organized and are able to meet report writing deadlines.
