SCM Manager
Role Summary
- The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager is responsible for undisrupted delivery to clients and to ensure Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
- The SCM Manager shall develop and maintain strategic initiatives and cost reduction within the organization.
Job Description
- Responsible for effectively handling transportation requirements for clients in Indonesia.
- Develop strategized streamline logistics processes, perform continuous improvement activities on outbound/inbound logistic flows, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure warehousing capacity and optimization.
- Develop strategic action plans for key accounts and strives in achieving them.
- Execute action plans and ensure that revenue goals are achieved that makes a positive contribution to the bottom line.
- Handling any logistical issues and emergency rearrangement that may arise during service delivery and implement service recovery and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors' Degree of Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experiences as an SCM Manager in Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehousing operations, preferably with Chemical & Fertilizer industry.
- Experienced in streamlining processes and work with cross departments on day-to-day operational process.
- Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient In English both spoken and written is a must, able to speak Mandarin and Hokkien will be advantageous.
- Domicile / Willing to be placed in Medan, North Sumatra.
- Willing to do business travel outside of town when necessary.
