You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Value Added Services (VAS) team working closely with internal stakeholders + vendors to arrange + approve VAS for our customers.Your Responsibilities
Your scope of responsibilities will be determined by your country structure + your manager, consisting of some/all of the following tasks:
1. To organize transport based on the customer promise + lowest cost.
2. To coordinate with the customer on specific pick-up/drop off location + time.
3. To facilitate permits +documents for customs.
4. To arrange other VAS such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.
5. To perform all commination with vendors with exception of carriers.
6. To update systems status + upload documents relating to KN services.
7. To attend to Dangerous Goods approvals.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor degree
- Preferred at least 5 years experience in related field
- Experienced in P&L monitoring and controlling
- Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and drive the team to achieve results
- Able to deliver message confidently and influence stakeholders
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
- Have good communication skill, teamwork, and people orientation
- Strong in analytical and strategic thinking
