Job Description:
- Minor book-keeping of outgoing and incoming transactions & invoices.
- Preparing and creating online and offline financial transaction.
- Preparing Payroll for online transactions.
- Preparing and sending invoices.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Answering the telephone and redirecting calls.
- Email correspondence.
- Filing.
- Schedule online & offline meetings.
Qualifications:
- Age 25 s/d 35 tahun
- Pendidikan min D3 atau S1
- Proficient in using Microsoft office.
- Outgoing personality, confident, energetic, creative, works well with a team, Well spoken.
- Minimum work experience 2 years.
- Domiclie Jabodetabek (Preferably Bekasi Area)
