Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and secretarial support on a daily matters
- Provide administrative support, coordination, reports, scheduling appointments and maintaining confidential and other material for use by the BOD
- Responsible for correspondence and communication with internal external party
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree of secretary / administrative (GPA Minimum.3)
- Have experience Minimum. 2 years as a secretary for directors or CEO
- Detail oriented, good communication skill, and well grooming
- Advanced Ms. Office skills
