Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and secretarial support on a daily matters
  • Provide administrative support, coordination, reports, scheduling appointments and maintaining confidential and other material for use by the BOD
  • Responsible for correspondence and communication with internal external party
  • Perform other related duties as required


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree of secretary / administrative (GPA Minimum.3)
  • Have experience Minimum. 2 years as a secretary for directors or CEO
  • Detail oriented, good communication skill, and well grooming
  • Advanced Ms. Office skills
