Qualifications & experience
- Minimum associate’s degree in Secretary, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven experience as Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office program and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility in work-related travel and working hours
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings.
- Compile data, and prepare reports as required.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient document management.
