- Coordinate with internal and other departments.
- Responsible of editorial travel request documents and accountability report.
- Filing and entry data.
- Handle any events or any internal editorial circumtances.
- Reply readers' letter.
Minimum Qualifications- Understanding the formal corresponding letter and business appointment form.
- Excellent in using Ms. Office related to administrative (excel, word, powerpoint etc.).
- Excellent in using internet.
- Have ability and interested in work related to calculation and accuracy.
- Have willingness to learn the new things.
