Job summary
Senior Account ManagerDrive revenue through acquisition of new job vacancies in Singapore SMB segmentBuild valuable relationships with clients at various levels
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Acquire new accounts and increase wallet share of existing accounts• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction• Hunt leads and farm existing clients• Build own pipeline of business leads• Forecast accurately• Work with a driven team• Be exposed to fastest growing emerging markets in the region• Influence business processes• Autonomy and trust to build own pipeline• Realize human potential
Requirements
• Min. 4 years of working experience in B2B service sales and/or account management• Proven track record of exceeding targets and revenue in sales or account management• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize• High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset• Love for winning and earning high commissions• Experience working in recruitment (good to have)• Ability to speak Hokkien or Cantonese (good to have)
