Senior Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze advanced financial reports and statements in accordance with the applicable accounting policies, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
• Handle the process of month-end and year-end close activities for more than one entity.
• Liaise external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to uphold financial integrity.
• Work closely with the finance (AR & AP) and Tax team to provide accurate financial information for decision-making
• Collaborate with Ops. Team to address bookkeeping-related inquiries

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in accounting and/or audit, with at least 2 yearsexperience in accounting firms.
• Accounting and tax certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication

• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced and exciting working environment
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Profound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records

• Strong financial analysis skills.
