Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintaining accurate books of accounts.
- Processing payroll.
- Handling payments to vendors, consultants, and reimbursement claims.
- Managing Petty Cash in accordance with company policy.
- Ensuring compliance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Preparing Financial Statements and management reports.
- Assisting the Auditor in auditing the Financial Statement.
- Reconciling bank statements and verifying the accuracy of financial data.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience as Account Officer.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA.
- Proficient in accounting software & Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in analyzing complex information and extracting key insights.
- Demonstrates a keen attention to detail in tasks and problem-solving.
- Capable of critically evaluating data to make informed decisions.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to convey ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Exhibits effective interpersonal skills in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Skilled in prioritising tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environments, maintaining productivity and quality.
- Capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
