We are expanding our ANZ subscription team. The successful applicant must be willing to work within the AUS/New Zealand & Asia time zone. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
The role involves supporting the day-to-day subscription booking and management process for our clientele based in other countries, such as Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
Fully understand the internal system to process and activate subscriptions.
Update order information in the CRM system.
Ensure client subscriptions are activated and client access is delivered promptly.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, sales guidelines, and group guidelines.
Ensure order subscription details are complete and accurate.
Support BCI offices (Asia & ANZ) in order processing, ensuring it's done promptly without delays in the event the local Admin is not available.
Assist the Renewal Manager in the subscription renewal process.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
